We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team.
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing various manufacturing operations, primarily spray painting of low-volume, high-quality aerospace products.
You will work in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled environment, collaborating with a team to ensure efficient production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, mask, and spray paint products according to specifications and quality standards - Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently - Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions - Inspect finished products for defects or errors - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred - Spray painting experience preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or diagrams - Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
