Summary:
Work with the Grand Rapids and Knoxville software developers and support staff by testing newly written and changed programs.
The testing includes making sure the programs function properly and databases are being updated correctly.
Also, the testing process includes verifying that the programs are accomplishing what is needed within the business application.
As a result of the testing, feedback is given to the developer on the functionality of the process which may include presenting suggestions for how to correct/enhance the process.
At times the job will include answering User's questions or performing ad-hoc requests.
Accountabilities:
Provide detailed notes within the HT Hackney Project Log on the testing procedure used and the results received.
Responsible for the quality of the system enhancements that are reviewed.
Job Specifications:
Candidate must be detail-oriented with a general understanding of HT Hackney business processes or previous software testing experience, and a basic understanding of Information Systems.
The candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
The candidate must be an excellent communicator, both orally and written, and be able to get along well with co-workers.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
